Some officers believe she could be a danger to herself or others. They reportedly decided against it, telling TMZ that she is still capable of taking care of herself. A source told Access Hollywood, that despite her recent late nights out, the starlet is keeping on track with the terms of her probation and is allowed to drink and always uses a driver. Despite her concerning antics, she is in compliance with what the judge has ordered her to do, the source noted.
