Apparently, Carvel offers some kind of fancy "free" ice cream card to certain VIPs.  Lohan was one of those VIPs. However, she abused the system and allowed her family and friends to use her status to snag free ice cream.

Her mother, Dina Lohan, was trying to pick up a free Carvel ice cream cake for her son's birthday when, a local store employee confiscated the card and stripped Lohan of her sweet deal.

UGH! Seriously, how do you abuse Carvel to the point of being cut off? That's gotta be a lot of soft serve and crunchies. First of all, it's annoying that people who can afford a little ice cream get it for free but to then couple it with being so greedy that you abuse the ice cream system to the point of freebie confiscation? Unacceptable.
